We’re a network of gamers spread throughout all major gaming platforms. Our goal is to create a fun and safe gaming environment for people around the world!

This book is an abbreviated encapsulation of Merciless Pros Network’s general membership policies, practices, and benefits. This handbook does not and is not intended to address every possible membership situation. It is important that you read, understand, and follow the provisions in the handbook. As MPN continues to grow, we hope that these principles will serve each new person joining our ranks. If you are new to MPN, welcome. Although the goals in this book are important, it’s really your ideas, talent, and energy that will keep Merciless Pros Network shining in the years ahead.

Merciless Pros Network is constantly striving to enhance the online gaming environment without regard to skill, race, gender or personal beliefs. Our goal for over the past ten years has been to become a hub for all types of players. Whether they are an avid or casual gamer, MPN is a place to call home while allowing members to express their individual talents and passions for video games.

is the motto of our gaming network. We are always looking ahead to adapt and improve while learning every step of the way. We hope you get to be a part of our history!

Ah, so you’ve completed the recruitment process, and you’re finally an official member of MPN. Congratulations, and welcome!
This is a unique community with an incredibly different way of doing things compared to other organizations in our genre. This is what makes Merciless Pros Network the fastest growing multi-platform gaming network to date. However, it can take some getting used to. This handbook was created by people who’ve been where you are now and have the desire to make your first few weeks here as easy as possible.

MPN is self-funded. Since the beginning we have always paid for things ourselves. The majority of the amazing tools this community utilizes was funded by the members and leadership within. Leadership of MPN invest a lot of time, money and energy to make this all possible. It’s why we emphasize the importance of maintaining respect for our rules and our members.

Merciless Pros Network is not your normal gaming organization. Since our existence we have striven to be more. As most gaming organizations tend to utilize a “Team” structure with a small staff and a select base of members. Our organization utilizes a “Community” structure with extensive staff and massive base of members. We are a complete gaming network.

MPN is not for everyone. Not all players will enjoy what we have to offer here. Our primary goal is and always will be the creation of friendships and social experiences. Of course we love to win, but that is not the primary goal here. This is a family environment, there will be good days and bad days, but at the end we stick together.

Our ranking system is put in place for organizational purposes. To keep hundreds, and now thousands of gamers involved across multiple gaming platforms we have learned that a structure of sorts is vital. Our community has spent the better part of our existence going out of its way to recruit the most unique individuals involved with gaming today, and searched even further to promote the most intelligent, innovative, talented people on Earth. We want innovators, and that means maintaining an environment where they’ll flourish. This community is ours to steer—toward opportunities and away from risks. Together we have the power to ensure our organization survives. If you’re thinking to yourself, “Wow, that sounds like a lot of responsibility,” you’re right. That’s why accepting promotions is the single most important thing you will ever do within Merciless Pros Network. Any time you accept a position, you need to ask yourself not only if you’re talented or collaborative, but if you’re capable of literally influencing the gaming experience of others. No one will ever force you to accept a position, that is solely your choice.

Your community will be a different community a few years from now because you are going to change it for the better. We can’t wait to see where you take us. The experiences that you create for future members are the things that define us as a community. Whether it’s a new squad, expansion to a new game, new policy that helps players, a new form of technology that we can implement for our organization, or maybe something nobody’s thought of yet—we can’t wait to see what kind of future you choose to build within the Merciless Pros Network!

Honor Code

The Merciless Pros Network is an online gaming community that participates across all gaming platforms. We are a fun, laid-back gaming community that welcomes both casual & competitive gamers. We offer an opportunity for any gamer to join us based on maturity and welcome gamers to join us from across the globe!

  • MPN is a mature gaming community open to all people aged 16 or older regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender. Any harassment, discrimination, hate speech, bigotry, or intolerance of any kind is unacceptable. Anyone under the age of 16 may be allowed to join based on a division leader’s discretion.

  • Merciless Pros Network’s members will display a professional gaming manner at all times. Any match a MPN member participates in should observe the rules listed below, and show the sportsmanship required. As a member, you not only represent yourself, but MPN as a whole community.

  • All members must stay in uniform. If you are not in uniform then you are not a part of our community. Uniforms include your Discord username matching your Gamertag with your rank at the end and clan tags representing [MPN] if applicable. You will be warned one time for being out of uniform. After that you will be removed from the community. If you are inactive for a week without approval from a squad leader, then you will be removed from the community.

  • Leaders are appointed to their positions to help provide a safe, positive gaming environment. As such, we do not condone any unlawful activity of any kind and it will not be tolerated.

  • Changing your gamertag to include MPN is not mandatory, however it is required to hold a leadership position within our community. In order to keep our community mature, gamertags are not to contain blatant drug, sex, hate references, or vulgar language.

  • Merciless Pros Network’s members CANNOT be apart of any other gaming communities. Any and all gamer tags must be either in MPN or in none at all. If a MPN member leaves, they will need to re-apply to join in the #returning-member channel of our Discord server and must be approved by our Court Department. In the event of a member wanting to come back, each situation will be looked at by the board on a case-by-case basis.

  • Respect every MPN member. We are all in the same community so we should all get along and take pride in being a part of this organization.

  • Never leave a fellow Merciless Pros Network member behind. Every member is expected to represent the MPN gaming community in a positive manner.

  • No seniority in MPN. However, how hard you work towards building the community will help decide your rank. In other words, what you put into the MPN community is what you get out of it.

  • Members need to be active during scheduled meetings; if they cannot attend them they need to message a squad or division leader to make them aware of their absence. We encourage our members to be active in our Discord server and community website as well to get the most out of the experience being a part of our community.

  • Violations of the Honor Code consist of trash talking, discrimination, racism, sexism, harassment, cheating, poaching, or any other aggressive behavior toward fellow online gamers. Every situation is different and will be handled appropriately on a case by case basis by the leaders of MPN.

While we are a laid-back community, we require all MPN members (not on LOA) to remain active within the community to keep their memberships active. Participation is what makes our communities grow and brings members together, ensuring we remain a healthy and active organization.

Console Activity: Members of Merciless Pros Network are required to take part in squad meetings, game nights, and other activities a minimum of twice a month.
Discord Activity: All members of Merciless Pros Network must remain active in the MPN Community Discord server by posting regularly. If you are not seen for one week without prior approval from a Squad or Division leader, you will be considered “inactive.”
Attendance: Every member of Merciless Pros Network is important to the overall success of OUR community. When you are not here, someone else must account for your role. Consequently, you are expected to report to games, practices, and meetings on time at the scheduled start of the day. Reporting to games, practices, and meetings show initiative and responsibility.

Members of the MPN gaming community are not required to change their gamertag to represent our community, however after two weeks of membership they are encouraged to do so. Gamertags must meet our standards listed in the Honor Code Rule V.

Merciless Pros Network considers its confidential and proprietary information, including the confidential and proprietary information of our members, to be one of its most valuable assets. As a result, members must carefully protect, and must not disclose to any third party any confidential and proprietary information belonging to Merciless Pros Network or it’s members. Protected information includes, but is not limited to, matters of a technical nature, any information technologies, product sources, product research, designs, matters of a business nature including, but not limited to: member lists, member data, strategies, and/or staff related topics.

In order to have a Membership Revocation, Membership Reinstate, or Discord Ban officially appealed, the member, or potential members must go through the MPN Court System. All appeals will be processed in a transparent and unbiased manner by our court of community judges. Once an appeal has been processed and decided upon by the court judges the decision is final. If the appeal is denied and the member, former member, or community disagrees with the court’s ruling, a subsequent appeal may be reconsidered after 1 month’s time (30 days) from the date of the ruling. At any point in this process the Chief Justice Officer may add or remove any stipulations in regard to said member’s return. The Board of Directors have the right to determine what rank is suitable for members to return, in which case the ruling will be final. Individuals who are not directly involved with a case asking information or arguing with decisions may result in disciplinary actions.

This disciplinary step is for minor infractions of the rules or Honor Code. The Major of a squad or Division Leader can reach out to the Court Department to submit a member for rank suspension for any amount of time up. If the member chooses not to comply with the ruling of the Court Department the member may be subject for removal from the community.

A Membership Revoke is used when a member has severely (or continuously) broken the Honor Code, to the extent that senior leadership deems them entirely unfit for the community and must be removed immediately. Once a member has had their membership revoked, they may apply through the MPN Court System as a membership revoke appeal after thirty (30) days. The following list includes, but is not limited to, actionable offenses which may result in a member, or members, having their membership revoked:

  • Poaching
  • Harassment (including sexual)
  • Threats of Violence (credible)
  • Information Technology
  • Sabotage
  • Stalking
  • Felonious Activity

All members of Merciless Pros Network will be required to have access to the Discord app for the sake of proper communication. This is accessible through any smartphone, tablet, or PC device. In addition, in order to obtain an officer rank (MSG or higher) within the MPN gaming community you must have Two-Factor Authentication aka “2FA” enabled on your Discord account.

In no circumstance should a MPN member create a Discord server with intention to mass invite MPN members to it. Our community is not a free billboard to use and most members find it unpleasant to be invited to numerous servers. In the event where a Discord server becomes predominantly full with existing MPN members, then it is required to have a Board of Director be an admin within the server. In most cases, it is best to ask questions and seek approval through Divisional leadership if you are considering creating a Discord server and inviting MPN members to it. Members who create Discord servers and invite MPN members will be investigated by the Court Department and/or Board of Directors and may be subject to removal from our community.

Twitch streaming servers are allowed and not subject to this policy. Please note that our self-promotion channels within our Discord servers are not to be used for advertising your personal Discord servers. This goes the same for direct messaging MPN members invites to your personal Twitch streamers unless specifically asked for an invite through private messaging by that member. These should be promoted through personal Twitch and other social media accounts accordingly.

An important part of Merciless Pros Network’s mission is to provide equal gaming opportunities to all gamers. Discrimination against anyone, including but not limited to game (play/skill), race, age, gender bias, sexual orientation, gender orientation, religious affiliation, national origin, disability, political affiliation, Gamertag, any other personal interest, or investment is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. MPN strives to provide a community environment which is fair and equal to all its members.

Merciless Pros Network believes in maintaining a safe and healthy gaming experience by promoting an open, friendly, and supportive gaming environment for all members. Violence and/or threats of violence have no place in our community. Violence and/or threats are never an effective solution to any problem. Members are expected to immediately report any violation(s) of this policy to their superior officer(s). Any member found threatening another member, will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including, rank suspension and/or membership revocation from MPN.

Merciless Pros Network will not tolerate harassment or intimidation of our members in any situation. Harassment is governed by state laws, which vary from state to state, but is usually defined as a course of conduct which annoys, threatens, intimidates, alarms, or puts a person in fear of their safety. Harassment is unwanted, unwelcome, and uninvited behavior that demeans threatens or offends the individual. Intimidation includes, but is not limited to, knowingly putting another person (or persons) in fear of harm to one’s physical, mental, emotional, or personal loss. Additionally, intimidating any MPN member in any way that holds their membership, rank, or title hostage in lieu of inappropriate or non-governed performance is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Example: threatening or intimidation for more than the minimum rank or membership requirements is strictly prohibited. Violations to this policy may result in severe disciplinary action(s), including but not limited to, revocation of your membership.

We encourage all MPN members to remain active within the community in order to keep their memberships active. Please be sure to log in and take part in Merciless Pros Network activities and meetings at least twice a month.

Inactive members may be subject to removal for consecutive inactivity during any two-week (14 days) period for the following:

Non-attendance of squad activities.

Failure to communicate to your Squad/Division Staff or being offline.

Failure to attend meetings.

NOTE: Members who are removed for inactivity but wish to return, must apply to re-join our community using the #returning-member-app in our Discord server.

MPN strictly prohibits any member from impersonating or misrepresenting themselves in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, impersonation or misrepresentation of a member’s uniform, rank, department affiliation, activity completions (including testing/training), and/or military status for the purpose of manipulation or abuse of rules, policies, or special consideration(s) not deserved. MPN conveys huge respect for all those who sacrifice themselves in defense of their countries. Impersonation of any military affiliation is prohibited, and those caught violating this policy may face severe disciplinary action(s), including but not limited to, permanent revocation of your membership.

There are three (3) types of LOA: Long-Term LOA, Short-Term LOA, and Military LOA.

Short-Term LOA: A member may request a “Short-Term” Leave of Absence from their MPN membership at any time without denial. The member will receive a LOA, and then be subsequently relieved of any and all responsibilities during their requested absence period. If the member is an officer, an equal (or superior) officer will be assigned to cover their responsibilities while on LOA. The member will then be removed from their officer tags (if applicable) to allow for MPN related progress to occur. The period which qualifies as a “Short-Term” LOA is 1 to 15 days. Upon returning from a “Short-Term” LOA within the allotted time frame, the member is restored to active status and returned to their previous position before being placed on LOA. Should the member not return to their squad/division in the allotted time frame, the member will automatically be upgraded to a “Long-Term” LOA status for the duration of the “Long-Term” time limit (75 days more). The member’s position may then be made available for another member to be promoted into.
Long-term LOA: A member may receive a “Long-Term” leave of absence from their MPN membership at any time. The member will then be subsequently relieved of any and all responsibilities during their absence. The period for which qualifies as “Long-Term” LOA is 1 to 90 days. A member on “Long-Term” LOA must be removed from their officer status (if applicable). The member will then be removed from their officer tags (if applicable) to allow for MPN related progress to occur. Should the member not return to their “post” in that time frame, the member will automatically be removed from the CMS and subject to the ACTIVITY / INACTIVITY POLICY.
Military LOA: A member may receive a “Military” Leave of Absence from their MPN membership at any time. The member will be subsequently relieved of any and all responsibilities during their absence. Military LOA is 1 to 365 days. Should the member not return to their squad/division in that time-frame, the member will automatically be removed from MPN, and become subject to the REJOINING POLICY. This is necessary due to the continual growth and evolution of MPN’s Membership and Policies, which after 365 days (or more), will have changed substantially. Any member found to have falsified their military status or utilizing “Stolen Valor” for the purposes of a Military LOA, may be subject to disciplinary action(s), including but not limited to, revocation of your membership.

Member must notify a superior officer for LOA status.
Member must replace their rank with the initials “LOA” in their Discord nickname.
Must be removed from officer roles. (if applicable)
Upon returning, the member must contact the superior officer and request their normal Discord roles again.

Any member who decides to leave the community, of their own accord (on good terms), must go through the Merciless Pros Network Court System for Membership Reinstatement.

Any member found to be a “repeat” offender of this policy may be subject to possible rank suspension. At that point their case will be reviewed by the court judges and the ruling will be final. All court judges have the right to place special circumstances on a member’s return, e.g. returning rank, members being placed on rank lock, or under a “One Strike”. At any point in this process, the Chief Justice Officer may add or remove any stipulations in regard to said member’s return. The COO and CoS have the right to determine what rank is suitable for members to return at, in which case the ruling will be final.

In the Merciless Pros Network, we wish to ensure that members of all ranks are given a path to speak to leadership. This includes, but is not limited to, topics about harassment, discrimination, and general clan questions or concerns. It is preferred that you use the Chain of Command and speak directly to the leaders placed over you. However, if after talking to your leadership you feel the need for additional discussion, you are welcomed to talk with your higher leadership by sending a private message to any or all members of the Board of Directors. The Open-Door Policy is not an invitation to circumvent the Chain of Command. You, as a member of MPN must always take responsibility, knowing that circumventing the Chain of Command may result in disciplinary action. The relationship between you and your leaders will be one of the most important relationships you will have in the Merciless Pros Network.

Merciless Pros Network is a family-oriented community. Being a community, we understand that people will pair up. If two members do pair up, Merciless Pros Network asks they please take responsibility and follow the rules outlined; this includes all marriages or “real-life” relationships of any sort. Taking responsibility for your relationship, you will be asked if your relationship gets in the way of your MPN duties, the duties of others, the running of the squad or division, or the well-being of any member in MPN. Disciplinary action can be up to, but not limited to, a Membership Revoke. This policy does not permit any member over the age of 18 to be in any form of relationship with a member under the age of 18. Violation of this subject of the policy will result in an immediate Membership Revoke of both parties. Merciless Pros Network does not allow personal “real life” relationships within the same squad/division due to the potential perception of a conflict of interest. This is to prevent the idea of favoritism or “non-favoritism”.

  • If the parties are both below a Master Sergeant rank, they may remain in the same squad, providing it is not disruptive to the squad.
  • If one member is above a Master Sergeant rank, the other must be transferred out of the squad. If they are both above a Master Sergeant rank, the lower-ranking officer is to be transferred to another squad.
  • If one member is in the Division Staff and one is in a squad of said division, then the two members will be separated by division.
  • If two members are in a relationship, past or present, the one member with the lower rank must be transferred to another squad or division.
  • An officer cannot be over someone whom he/she is in a relationship with, past or present. If you are an officer in a squad which contains another member in which you are having a relationship, that member must transfer out of that squad.
  • A division leader cannot be over someone whom he/she is in a relationship with, past or present. If you are a Division Leader which contains another member in which you are having a relationship with, that member must transfer out of that division.
  • Adult Merciless Pros Network members, over the age of 18, may not have, pursue, or engage in, any unlawful personal ‘pseudo-sexual’ relationship with another member under the age of 18 while in the Merciless Pros Network.
  • Familial relationships may be permitted provided that there is no oversight in relation to their rank. Example: Not in the same division, department, or any position of influence over the other.
  • Members who are in a personal ‘pseudo-sexual’ relationship whom are in MPN, cannot be involved in each other’s promotions or disciplinary actions.
  • Relationships relating to this policy include: boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, father, mother, son, and daughter as well as all familial and/or LGBT relationships. This also includes any other alternative relationship(s) not stated here.

The Chairman, CEO, COO, CoS, and CJO have the right to review each situation, and may overrule this policy if deemed necessary. This policy is subject to be modified by senior leadership as a whole on a case to case basis.

No rank is EVER guaranteed. Even if a squad or division splits, no rank (or title), is guaranteed. Officer ranks (MSG and higher) may not be obtained without taking the approved MPN Officer training courses and positive completion of an interview led by a current Division Leader. All officer promotions within a squad must be nominated by the squad’s Major and approved by a Division Leader. All other promotions, not officer related, are to only be done by the Major of the assigned squad.

Real-life comes first, but not to the detriment of the community. Merciless Pros Network recognizes that members have a real-life outside of the community, and members are expected to handle their personal life first. However, the responsibilities you voluntarily accepted are still expected to be upheld. All ranks within MPN will require you to take a certain amount of your time away from your gaming and/or personal life. Complaints of inadequate game time, or personal time, or threats of quitting will qualify for an immediate demotion of rank, and/or maybe interpreted as your resignation from Merciless Pros Network and will be handled accordingly.

If you wish to return after being having your membership revoked or leaving the Merciless Pros Network, you must submit an application to rejoin the gaming network. This will then be reviewed by the court system and will then be decided by the Chief Justice Officer whether you can return or not. Once the decision is made, it is final. People with their membership revoked will need to file an appeal form. People that left the community on good terms and wish to return submit a returning member application.

Any suggestion made to any member that sexual favors will affect any term or condition of membership with Merciless Pros Network will not be tolerated. It is the policy of Merciless Pros Network that any harassment, including acts which create a hostile gaming environment, or any other discriminatory act(s) directed against our members, will result in swift and severe discipline, up to and including, membership revoke. Merciless Pros Network will not tolerate any such harassment of our members by anyone. For purposes of this policy, sexual harassment is defined as: Any type of sexually oriented conduct, whether intentional or not, which is unwelcome, and has the purpose, or effect, of creating a gaming environment which is hostile, offensive, or coercive. Sexual harassment may include anything from calling a person a derogatory name to making advances of a sexual nature. Other forms of sexual harassment include:

  • Verbal abuse of a sexual nature; sexually degrading, or vulgar, words to describe an individual.
  • The display of sexually suggestive objects, pictures, posters or cartoons.
  • Unwelcome comments about an individual’s body.
  • Asking questions about a person’s sexual preferences, sexual jokes, language, nicknames, advances, or propositions.
  • Written or oral conduct.

If a sexual harassment accusation has been made, both members will be separated if they are in the same squad/division and more than likely will lead to one or multiple members being removed from our community.

Members must bring any violation of this policy to the immediate attention of their leaders, so they can take it up to the Court Department. Please keep in mind, this is the internet. Do not put yourself in any situation that may have detrimental affects on your reputation and membership status in our community. MPN is not to be used as a dating platform.

Slander is the oral communication of false statements that are harmful to a person’s reputation. Libel is the written or printed communication of false statements through words, pictures, or any form other than spoken words or gestures. Defamation is the communication of a false statement, or claim, which harms the reputation of an individual person or group. If the statements are proven to be true, it is a complete defense to a charge of slander. Oral opinions that don’t contain statements of fact don’t constitute slander. Slander is an act of communication that causes someone to be shamed, ridiculed, held in contempt, and lowered in the estimation of the community.

The basic elements of a claim of slander include:

A defamatory statement published to third parties where the speaker or publisher knew or should have known, that a statement(s) was false.

Merciless Pros Network is a gaming community, not a social media community. We handle official business on Discord. However, we do support other social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, etc. All members will still be subject to all Merciless Pros Network policies and the Honor Code on any account linked with the MPN brand. For example, any private account on any social media is private; however, any account with Merciless Pros Network (MPN) or link to Merciless Pros Network in the name or day-to-day activity is considered your MPN account. Any chat that holds more than 10 members with MPN accounts will be considered an unofficial MPN chat and will be shut down immediately as we have provided sanction Discord chats for every member. Any breach of this policy will have consequences.

While MPN does support the separation of community business and personal affairs, if an account is to be personal it is expected to not involve Merciless Pros Network affairs. If a personal account is known to belong to a member and is found to be disrespecting, slandering, or defaming another member, it will be subject to the terms outlined in the Merciless Pros Network Policies and is subject to the Honor Code.

In order for a squad split to occur, the squad must have the following: A minimum of 80 members, a Major, a Captain and minimum two Lieutenants. Once the split is approved by the Division Leader, all uniforms of the transferred squad members must be correctly updated. The Major of the squad splitting must compile and submit a complete list of which members and staff will transfer to the new squad for Division Staff to approve.

A member may not be promoted past the rank of 3LT without a Gamertag name change to include MPN, which must be in CAPS. A member may not hold the rank of Master Sergeant or higher until they have positively completed the officer interview. Additionally, they must have met the minimum requirement(s) for that rank’s promotion in order to qualify for it. Furthermore, a member may not be promoted to any rank above Staff Sergeant, without first being fully trained in the specific policies and training which may be necessary for that particular rank. If any requirement(s), for their rank is discovered to be “not met”, the member will be demoted until such time that they are. Any member who wishes to train for an officer position within our community must complete this process within 30 days. If a member goes inactive they will need to be demoted to SGT, and begin the training process over again until completed within the 30 day timeframe. The leader(s) who promoted said member without completing said requirements, will also be subject to Rank Suspension and/or demotion. Only the Major of the squad may promote. All officers must have taken and passed the Merciless Pros Network officer interview by a Division Leader to be promoted.

If at any time the Division Leader suspects or has credible information that supports a credible threat that a squad, division, or website is going to become a victim of a breach of security by another clan, community or individual(s) from outside, or from within MPN, the Division Leader may elect to lock down the squad and/or division. This means these assigned squads or division(s) may not allow any new recruits into the community for the period. Additionally, the Division Leader may send out a “Please Watch Out For” alert to the squad and division to notify their members of the potential risk.

The Board of Directors and leaders of MPN take suicide & self harm very seriously. In recognition of the need to protect the health, safety, and welfare of its members; to promote healthy development, to safeguard against the threat or attempt of suicide among the membership, and to address barriers to gaming & learning, the community hereby adopts this policy.

The Merciless Pros Network is your internet family, we desire nothing but to ensure every individual has a pathway to care that is both timely and adequate to meet your needs. In hopes to help our members and guide them in a positive direction we have set up partnerships with effective, evidence-based treatments that directly target suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Below are some phone numbers and other outlets to get assistance. It’s important to understand MPN only wants you to get better and be a better you for yourself, your family, friends and fellow MPN members. All members have the right to ask for a squad or division transfer. All transfers must be requested by the member wishing to transfer, in person, via direct message or verbally. The proper way to request a transfer is to either have a message forwarded up the chain of command to the Division Leader, or the member may go directly to the Division Leader if concerns lie within squad leadership. Transfers are typically approved and completed without issue. Only the Division Leader, or Major of the potential transfer squad may deny the transfer. The division or squad the member is seeking to leave cannot deny the transfer. The member may then select another potential division/squad for transfer or choose to rescind their request (stay in their current division/squad).

Simple breakdown steps to a squad/division transfer:

Notify your Major (or Division Leader) of your request, verbally or in writing. Your Major (or Division Leader) will aid you in pursuing the transfer by contacting the leader of the desired squad/division.
The Division Leader will notify the Division Leader of the requested transfer and discuss the specifics surrounding the request. The ONLY information which may be conveyed, is the member’s current status. No other information may be divulged/conveyed about the member including (but not limited to) the member’s character, history, conduct, attitude, professionalism, or any lack thereof. This means the Division Leader cannot bad mouth or put down the member that is looking to transfer. The privacy of the member must be preserved and protected at all times.
No member may transfer to another squad/division while on a rank suspension until requirements are met.
Members who transfer, cannot request another transfer for a minimum of 14 days.
